Take the cog train to the top of Corcovado Mountain and enjoy the live samba bands inside the carriages or hike the challenging trail through Tijuca Forest, past waterfalls and the occasional monkey. There are also official vans that you can book at the same time as your entrance ticket and they will take you to the top of the mountain but you will miss most of the scenery.
